Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 32 was read the third time. Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Wielechowski was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 32 Supporting open and free competition within the broadcasting industry, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 32 Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 16 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Therriault, Wagoner, Wielechowski, Wilken Nays: Elton, French, Thomas Excused: Bunde and so, HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 32 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
